What has to be considered for serverside fax rendering?

Um serverseitiges Rendering  zu nutzen, beachten Sie die nachfolgenden Hinweise.  

• Make sure that you are using the latest XPhone Server version
• On the XPhone Server machine, install Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint 2010, 2013 or 2016 in the 64-bit version
• Check whether the "Desktop" subdirectory exists on the XPhone Server machine in the "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\" and "C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\" directories. If this does not exist, create it in the directories mentioned above.
• Switch the "XPhone Connect UM Mail2Fax" or "UM Mail2Fax" service to a service account that has local administration rights on the XPhone Server machine, if this has not already been done when you switched the XPhone Connect Server service.
• Log on to Windows on the XPhone Server with this service account and start all relevant Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confirm all messages that appear. These messages must not appear again when you restart the Office application.
