Uninstalling UC or Express Commander with resetting all settings and created folders.
If the settings are to be cancelled, the following must be saved:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\XPhone40\Application data\XPhone40
(call journal, rules database, databases created with the CTI Client).
Uninstall the client via the CONTROL PANEL -> UNINSTALL PROGRAMS (For folder view: PROGRAMS AND FUNCTIONS/FEATURES)
Delete the registry keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\C4B and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\C4B
Delete the directories (if any) for Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Application Data\XPhone40
C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\XPhone40
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\XPhone40
C:\Programs\XPhone40
C:\Programs\Common Files\C4B
Windows 7 and later:Delete the directories (if any):
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\XPhone40
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\XPhone40
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\XPhone40
C:\Users\All Users\AppData\XPhone40
C:\Program Files\XPhone40
C:\Program Files\Common Files\C4B
Now reinstall.
