Why is the login to the XPhone administration interface no longer possible?

Issue:

When trying to login to the XPhone Server administration interface a message appears: "Logon cancelled. User logged out."

Solution:

This message appears after too many failed login attempts. Restarting the XPhone Server service will allow you to login again
