Why do I get the error “Creation of object ‘ITelephonyAdmin’ on the telephony server failed" in the dialling parameters special configuration?

Behavior:

You want to adjust the dialling parameters special configuration and receive the error message “Creation of object ‘ITelephonyAdmin’ on the telephony server failed” after logging in.

Solution:

This error message occurs if the credentials entered cannot be found as system admin in the XPhone Connect Server. You must be able to log in to the XPhone Admin interface with the credentials entered. Only when this is possible can they also be used for the dialing parameter special configuration login. Subadmins are not supported for access.
