Possible error images in the mobile app:
- Chat cannot be retrieved
- Journal cannot be retrieved
- Change presence status does not work
- Contact search does not work
- Mobile client logs in but is shown as offline.
Note: XPhone Desktop Client and Web Interface are not affected.
The above mentioned issues can be triggered by too large / too many monitoring groups.
Solution:
- navigate to the following path on the XPhone Connect Server: C:\Program Files\C4B\XPhone Connect Server\XPhoneMobile.
- copy the file UCClientConnector.config into the directory (download the file here)
- restart the local IIS, as well as the IIS that may have been moved to the DMZ
- check the behavior
