Issue:
The OpenScape Business shows the alert "CSTA Overall Status: Partially Disabled" in the diagnosis, which causes the PBX node to go offline.
Solution:
To solve this, the parameter "ACSE_IgnoreStatusPartiallyDisabled" has to be set. Make sure you're using the most recent XPhone UC V4 or XPhone Connect version.
Navigate in the web-based administration overlay of the XPhone Server to CTI > PBX > LANDLINE (V4) or TELEPHONY > GATEWAYS > LANDLINE (Connect) and edit your PBX node. Under "Advanced settings", add the parameter "ACSE_IgnoreStatusPartiallyDisabled" with the value "True".
After setting this parameter the OpenScape Business will be active again.
