Why does a CSTA error occur in the XPhone Client when dialing out?

A HiPath 3000 system, possibly with a multi-device connection, is in use. An error message appears for individual numbers dialed via the XPhone Client: "Errors occurred when dialing the number "001234567": UniversalFailure = operation: invalidCalledDeviceID".

This behavior usually occurs with multi-device connections. In HiPath Manager, enter the country code and area code for both "Incoming system call number" and "Outgoing system call number" under "Line/networking" -> "Directions".
