Typical error pattern:
The outsourced XCC is no longer green in the administration interface and the SIP gateways are not green either.
If you look in the logging of the XCC (file XCC_FS) you will often find messages like this:
XCC is on [192.168.0.81:4901] not available!
Note: IP address and port are only exemplary.
Solution:
To get the satellite running properly, the certificates must be exchanged again. Proceed as follows.
1. log on to the machine of the satellite
2. navigate to the installation directory of the Freeswitch (/etc)
3. execute the fs_cli with the following commands:

cd /etc
-
fs_cli -p XPhoneTheBrave
-
satellite-bridge unassign
4. after following steps 1-3, the connection between XPhone Server and XCC satellite must be set up again from XPhone Server (New installation of the satellite on XPhone Server side).
