If your hardware has changed due to a hardware replacement or similar, you can easily transfer your license to a new machine in no time.
Please note that a hardware replacement may also be necessary if something changes on the system or virtual host. Ensure that the registry and the system’s MAC address cannot be modified by third parties. Configure hosts so that the MAC address does not change after a reboot.

Open License Management
To replace the hardware, you’ll need the license retrieval code for the licenses you want to transfer. You’ll find this in the license certificate you received via email.
If you don’t have it on hand, or if it’s invalid, please use your XID instead. You’ll find this on the home page of the administration interface.
Open License Management

The hardware replacement cannot proceed until it has been confirmed that the licenses are to be transferred to new hardware.
To confirm, please click the link in the email.
Once confirmed, you can complete the hardware replacement within 24 hours.
Enter New Hardware ID or MAC Address
Click Next and enter the new hardware ID or MAC address of the server to which the licenses are to be transferred. Then click Next again.

Finally, you will see a summary of which licenses are being transferred to the new hardware.
If all information is correct, please click “Generate and Deliver License.”
You will then receive an email containing the corresponding license (XML) file.
