Can I customize or expand the call note?
Unfortunately, the default call note cannot be customized. However, support has built a workaround in the form of a dashboard. This Dashboard can be customized and extended with any field from the data source.
The disadvantage of this is that you can only open the call note via the dashboard (so a few more clicks).

Included in the solution is a dashboard which contains the container 'CustomCallNote'. You can customize this dashboard and add more actions or fields if needed. If you already use your own dashboard, you can add the 'CustomCallNote' container to the existing dashboard by dragging and dropping it from the container area on the right edge into the actively used dashboard.
You can edit the content of the 'CustomCallNote' by clicking on 'CustomCallNote' in the "Containers" section on the left of the tree structure, selecting 'CallNote' in the container and editing the HTML/JS content.
