Why are contact data from the directory displayed abbreviated or with asterisks?

If the directory is connected to third-party systems, it can happen that the display of contact data in the third-party system is incomplete or shortened. The data is then overwritten with asterisks so that it is no longer readable.

Cause:

The reason for this display is that the following licenses are missing on the customer's system:

XPhone Connect - Contacts

For the operation of the XPhone Connect Directory on third-party systems, this license is required to enable the display accordingly complete.
