Why does my configuration not take effect with the hotline threshold? (V8)
Response:
Please enter the value "30" or higher. A value below 30 seconds does not work, because TeamDesk always tries to deliver calls to one of the agents for 30 seconds, only then it checks if a forwarding is configured. This delivery attempt duration (30 seconds) cannot be configured.
In V8 there is no possibility to change this behavior. With V9 it is possible to configure the thresholds to min 5 seconds.
