Can name resolution be performed for incoming voicemail, SMS or fax messages?

Sender identification of new voicemail and fax messages is first performed on the XPhone server. If a suitable contact is found via the Connect Directory, this information is already passed to the client on the server side.
The XPhone Client also performs name resolution by searching all locally linked address books. This name resolution is also performed for messages delivered in Outlook. Prerequisite: an XPhone Client with address book connection is used.

If the Outlook client is not running at the time of delivery, identification is performed subsequently the next time the XPhone client is started.
