How can restricted ACD functionality be used in the XPhone Connect Client on an OpenScape Business or OpenScape 4000?
At the PBX, UCD status events must be activated per agent line.
Per subscriber line on which a UCD agent logs on to the XPhone Server (this is not the UCD group number, but the line of the agent's normal extension number), the following must be configured on the XPhone Server admin interface:
SETTINGS | TELEPHONE | LINES | PROPERTIES (of the respective line) -> ADVANCED SETTINGS -> add another parameter here called "EnableAgent" and set this to "1".
If you want to enable ACD features in XPhone Connect Client for all lines, go to XPhone Connect Server under TELEPHONE -> GATEWAY -> FIXED NETWORK and open the properties of the telephony gateway you created.
Open the "Parameter sets for lines (advanced settings)" area and click on EDIT with the "Standard" entry selected.
Now open "Advanced settings" and click on ADD. Now enter EnableAgent manually and enter 1 for value.
Apply/save the setting until you are back in the list of telephony gateways.
Now the parameter is applied to all lines belonging to this telephony gateway.
