The XPhone Connect Fax or voicemail plug-in in Outlook is displayed on the wrong screen or generally incorrect. How can this be fixed?
Microsoft has released an update for Office that is designed to optimize the display for multiple displays. Due to this update, the XPhone Connect Fax or Voicemail plug-in display may be disturbed.
Navigate to the Outlook options of your Outlook client (File -> Options). In the area "General -> User interface options -> When using multiple displays" select the item "Optimize for compatibility (application restart required)".
Then restart Outlook.
This should correct the incorrect display of the XPhone Connect Fax or Voicemail plug-in.
